Not at all. If you can send an email, you can use Invoicer. We've deliberately kept it simple - no tech skills needed. And if you'd rather someone else did it, you can add them as a helper.
Yes, and without you giving away any login details. Open the Helpers page, press "Invite a helper" and read them the 8-digit code that appears. They type it into their own Invoicer account and can then switch into yours and run everything - invoices, quotes, clients, insurance certificates. The code works once and expires after 30 minutes, you're emailed when someone joins or is removed, and removing a helper cuts their access off immediately. It costs them nothing to help you.
