A copy of your records

Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

Your records are yours. You can download a copy of everything at any time, to keep or to give to your accountant.

On the iPhone app

  1. Go to Account.
  2. Use Save a copy of my records, then Prepare an up-to-date copy.
  3. Use Save the copy I just prepared to save it to Files or share it.

On the website

  1. Use Account, then Security & Login.
  2. Use Save a copy of my records.

Good to know

  • You can do this even if your subscription has ended, or while your account is closing.
