Helpers

Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

A helper is someone you trust, like a son, daughter or bookkeeper, who can do your invoices for you using their own Invoicer account. You stay in charge.

Inviting a helper (iPhone)

  1. Go to Account, then Get help, or help someone else.
  2. Use Invite a helper.
  3. Give them the 8-digit code, or use Share the link instead.

Helping someone (iPhone)

  1. Go to Account, then Get help, or help someone else.
  2. Under Have you been given a code? type the code and use Connect.
  3. Use Switch to work on their account. A banner shows whose account you are in.
  4. Use Switch back to my account when you are done.

On the website

  1. Use Helpers at the top.
  2. Use Invite a helper to get a code, or type a code under Have an invite code? and use Connect.
  3. Use Work on this account and Switch back to my account to move between accounts.

Good to know

  • To stop someone helping, use Remove. It works at once.
  • A helper cannot see or change your subscription, and cannot close your account.
