An invoice or quote's history

Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

Every invoice and quote keeps a record of what happened to it, so you can answer "did you get it?" with confidence.

On the iPhone app

  1. Open the invoice or quote.
  2. Use See its history.
  3. If it says your customer opened it but you opened it yourself, use This wasn't opened by my client.

On the website

  1. Open the invoice or quote.
  2. Use History (on a quote, View History).

Good to know

  • "Opened" means the customer opened the link in my email. Opening the PDF attachment cannot be seen.
