Invoice numbers

Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

Each invoice and quote gets its own number. You choose the letters at the start and how they are counted.

On the iPhone app

  1. Go to Account, then Numbering.
  2. Type your Invoice letters and Quote letters, usually your initials.
  3. Choose Number them in order or Use a random code.

On the website

  1. Use Account.
  2. Go to Invoice, Quote & Branding and set your numbering.
  3. Use Save Profile.

Good to know

  • If you are VAT registered, invoices must be numbered in order, so the random code is not offered.
