Automatic payment reminders

Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

Chasing money is nobody's favourite job. Invoicer can send a polite reminder by email when an invoice goes past its due date.

On the iPhone app

  1. Go to Account, then Emails & reminders.
  2. Switch on Remind my client when an invoice is overdue.
  3. Choose how long After the due date the first one goes.
  4. Switch on Tell me when an invoice is overdue to get an email yourself.
  5. Here you can also choose Attach a copy as a PDF and Send me a copy too.

On the website

  1. Use Account.
  2. Go to Payment Follow-Up Emails and choose your settings.
  3. Use Save Profile.

Good to know

  • Reminders are emails. The app does not send notifications to your phone.
  • The reminder says it is automatic, so it reads as a friendly nudge, not an accusation.
