Seeing and sharing the PDF

Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

Every invoice and quote has a PDF. You can look at it before your customer does, and share it however you like.

On the iPhone app

  1. Open the invoice or quote.
  2. Use Show me this invoice (or Show me this quote).
  3. Use the share button to print it, save it to Files or send it in Messages or WhatsApp.

On the website

  1. Open the invoice or quote.
  2. Use Download to save the PDF.
  3. To download several invoices at once, tick them on the Invoices list and use Apply to Selected.

Good to know

  • Sharing the PDF yourself does not mark the invoice as sent. Use the send button for that, so Invoicer knows it went out.
