Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

Invoicer has no passwords. Each time you sign in, I email you a 6-digit code. You type it in and you are in.

On the iPhone app

  1. Open Invoicer.
  2. Type your email address.
  3. Use the Send me a code button.
  4. Open the email from Invoicer and type the 6-digit code into Enter the 6-digit code.
  5. Use the Sign in button.

On the website

  1. Go to invoicer.gk.tools and use Log In.
  2. Type your email address and use Email Me A Code.
  3. Type the 6-digit code from the email.
  4. If you have set up a passkey, you can use Use Passkey instead.

Good to know

  • If you open the email on the same iPhone, the sign-in link in it opens the app with the code already filled in.
  • If your email is not working, use Send SMS Code on the website to get the code by text instead. This only works if your mobile number is on your account.
  • A code only works once and runs out after a short time. If it does not work, ask for a new one.
