Your business details

Where: iPhone and iPad app and Website

These details go on every invoice and quote, so your customers know who you are and how to pay you. Invoicer will not send anything until they are filled in.

On the iPhone app

  1. Go to the Account tab.
  2. Use Your business details.
  3. Fill in your address, your bank details and how many days customers have to pay.
  4. If you are VAT registered, switch on I am VAT registered.
  5. Save your changes.

On the website

  1. Sign in and use Account at the top.
  2. Fill in each section: About You, Business Details, Business Address and Banking Details.
  3. Choose your payment terms, for example 30 Days - Recommended.
  4. Use Save Profile.

Good to know

  • Until this is complete, the Home screen shows Finish setting up and sending stays switched off.
  • Your sign-in email and name can only be changed on the website.
